Our Policies

These are important components of any purchase. We know as we were customers long before we were vendors. Please contact us if we have failed to answer any concern you have.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive payment. Your shipment will never be delayed waiting for "the check to clear".  

We offer the following shipping methods: 

Fed Ex Ground/ Second Day/ Overnite
USPS Priority/ Parcel Post
Various Freight Carriers

We only charge you the actual cost to ship your item. We will never add a handling fee as most of our competitors do. You will select the shipping method you prefer.
We ship primarily from our Indiana area locations but may ship from our Texas site depending on a windmill or part's location. In some cases on new parts we ship direct from our supplier so your price is not inflated by double shipping costs.
We also make frequent trips throughout IN, IL, IA, MO, KS, NE, SD, MN, & WI and transfer and deliver merchandise for many of our customers for a small contibution to help cover our fuel costs. If we can mesh schedules and meeting points we would be happy to do the same for you.


Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee however there are some situations where no matter how hard we try we are unable to meet every expectation a customer has. Some transactions may be subject to restocking fees, recovery of credit card fees or other conditions similar to standards widely used by many famous retailers. Please feel free to ask if you have a specific concern.


Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, & PayPal payments through a secured web site. Your shipment will never be delayed waiting for "the check to clear".
Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use this service. It is preferred as it is a secure payment method that provides a Buyer Protection Guarantee for all customers, plus you won't have to give us your credit card number or send us a check that refelects your back account number.
